Well, Here it is. The first glory post. No real page setup yet but hey it’s
functional. Let us be happy and rejoice!

And we’re off!!!! No not really, but things are slowly taking shape. You can now
leave me poorly formated comments in my new and ever impressive writeback form.
Tomorrow we just might add color, and another image or two, but no promises.

As you may notice, I have some more colors. Well actually
just one, orange. The
comments section is still ugly and their are no links of any kind, but things are slowly gettings
better. Now, on to something much more interesting.

Well, no site design updates today. I still need to fix the comments to
match
the
rest of site, and make them look much less ugly in general. Tonight I
went uot and played some hold’em. Lost my big chips right off the bat.

SUBJECT CHANGE

Tommorrow I get out of work for 3 hours!! I’m
participating in something called P.I.E (partners in education).
Basically it means I get a 7 year old pen pal at some local school.
Well, tommorrow they’re presenting “out of mist…. a dragon” at the UNI
performing arts center, and apparently my name was randomly chosen so I
get to attend. The funny part is, when I learned that I get to attend
the play the email that came explained that I get to attend, and I quote
“interact in a positive manner” with the children. For some reaon I
think that part was specifically added for me. What do you think?!

So, don’t expect much in the foto section on the left there. Thus far
they have been random crappy phone pictures, as you may notice my
brother brian gangster shootin’ a rifle while throwin’ up his signs. At
some point I may get a gallery and put actual viewable pictures in it.
But until then You’re stuck with random phone pictures. Now, to mix
things up a little…
I had the ‘privledge’ of not
attending work for rougly 3 hours today. Turns out the play that I
went to go see was actually a bunch of puppets. Who KNEW?! Myself and
about 10 other “removed” employee’s attended the play and sat with rougly 100
students from Longfellow elementary. I never realized how easy it was
to make friends with 7 year olds. Note: if you have a cool looking
cellphone in your pocket and you take it out to check the time, be
absolutely positive that no children see you or it may become
show-n-tell time until the teacher rips it out of little scapio’s hand
and returns it to me, I mean you.

And yes it is kinda funny, no thought required.

Yes the subject doesn’t lie, “I there is nothing” Today I went
out shooting for a bit. Turns out it’s duck hunting season and
you can’t just shoot whevever you want. We wanted to shoot a wildebeast
today but had no luck. So we shot cardboard and pop bottles. It
was a pretty good haul if you ask me….
Tonight I didn’t do much, went over to Justin and Emilies (that’s the
possesive for Emily right?) and just watched the rest of game 1 of the
world series and had a couple of the finest beers ever (RR from
Latrobe). I was told being married is no different than living with
someone. Scary!

Well, tonight apparently I had nothing better to do than make a theme
for my phone. Which is kind of silly really, because my screen is
broken and I can’t really see them all that well. Oh well, For those of
you that

Oh, and for those that feel the need to point out my many gramatical and
spelling errors, I hope fire and brimstone rain down upon you! Either
that or you get a flat tire or trip or something….

Yes, it’s true, I went to go see saw yesterday with a bunch of people.
And no I’m not talking about the teeter totter kind, which apparently
has been outlawed (according to Brian) due to too many Fat kids being
dropped on their asses and too many scronny kids being catapulted into
the air. I
think I believe him. Anywho, Saw is a pretty good
movie. Kinda
reminded me of the movie Seven.

Previous to the movie Andi and I did a little pumpkin carving. And no, it’s not
Darth Maul you freakin nerds! We didn’t buy the entire kit to make it,
just the book with the outlines. Turned out we didn’t have the tool we
needed to punch the tiny holes of the outline in the pumpkin, so we used
those little things that hold corn on the cob. We Rule!

Yesterday, and I suppose part of today, my older brother Scott was
hanging out at my house. He had some event to attend at the brand
spanking new PIPAC Center (or is Centre fancier) Well Scott showed up
last night around 7:15. That was quite early which means I was in
charge of entertainment for about 4+ hours. After taking a brief trip
to “the loo” to see a jacked up red kneck truck we came back home and
flipped channels for a while. We ended up playing super nintendo for
about 2 hours. And now for the best part, we beat Super Double
Dragon one of the best and first SNES games available. To make a
long story short, SNES Rocks, and apparently I’m much better at super
nintendo games now then when i was just a child with a paper route.

Actually no question mark required. I was just sitting here thinking
that C-Kermit is possibly the greatest invention known to man. And when
I say man I mean me, guy that hates doing manual crap at work.
For those of you that don’t know C-Kermit (and other kermit flavours) it
was developed by the University of Columbia. What it allows me(or
anyone
who hates manual garbage) to do is automate crap at work. C-Kermit
allows one to script, FTP, HTTPS, SSH, Telnet, just about any type of
connection, file or data transfer imaginable, thus leaving me free to do
other things, like setup rogue chat servers. And now on to something
new…

I recently got my New PHP5 (apparently it’s pronounced Phhhhhhhp 5) and
have began re-introducing myself to possibly the best web scripting
language around(bring is on MS fanboys) So what do I plan to do with
PHP5, ANYTHING I DAMN WELL PLEASE! Actually I’m first going over the
basics again as a refresher but will then move on to developing an OOP
style frontend for a database for movies, or junk autoparts(yes junk
autoparts). So if anyone is looking for a website with some real
backend work let me know.
